Co-led secondary data analysis via MRI-Simmons Catalyst identifying key market segments and pricing sensitivities; synthesizing datapoints into a strategic Canva infographic informing tailored recommendations to enhance Apple’s discount and loyalty initiatives.

Designed and administered a Qualtrics survey (n=129), creating mobile and TV-friendly Canva promotional graphics to boost response rates.

Synthesized primary and secondary research insights crafting segmentation, bundling and personalized loyalty strategies aligned with student needs in a clear, data-backed professional report and 14 slide pitch deck evaluated at 94%.

Led 21 page final report organization and refinement, applying instructor feedback elevating report structure and clarity, demonstrating strong attention to analytical detail.
